Is where you're on the brakes past the time where you start to turn the steering wheel. You can't brake 100% and steer at the same time, so as you turn the wheel you have to release some of the brake pressure. Once the wheel is turned and you hold it to the apex, you should be all the way off the brakes. As you reach the apex, you should transition to the gas pedal. This is in the perfect world, though.
