Euro bumber kits??? (archive)

I have seen brand new Euro bumper kits on ebay, but even the sellers play dumb when you ask them where they got them or even if they have a BMW part number on them. What is the big secret? Why wont anyone let me know where they come from? Is it because they are cheaper then what they sell for on ebay? Last set went for $650. Anyone know where i can find them new?
