Important factors if you want your painted calipers to last. First, you'll get a better job if you remove the calipers, take out the pads, pins, pin guides, etc. and CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN. Get a couple of cans of brake cleaner and spray away. Let dry at least 30 minutes, then paint. Thin coats. I used VHT brake and caliper paint. 2 cans will give you 3 thin coats on 4 calipers.
