I would expect the curves to be much smoother. The S38 engines should make increasing power all the way to 6600rpm. Yours bounces all over the place. Then falls off at the upper band. I've sent you a dyno chart on a run make on a '88 ///M6 on 248H DynoJet. I would expect a curve more like this.

There may be a problem with fuel delivery or the AFM.

Here are the results of my latest run. Motor is stock except for the Jim C chip. Little disappointed with the HP. If you figure 15% drivetrain loss, I'm only at 260Hp at the crank. I'm also running premium fuel with probably 10% ethanol in it (mandated by state of MN). How much affect do you think the ethanol would have on power?
Any idea why my Air/Fuel Ratio is bouncing all over the place? Is this a characteristic of the flapper style AFM?
