You're a club member, right ?
If not, you need to get a copy of the latest roundel, ASAP.
Every month, i check E28 M5 pricing on the roundel. This month, there are _6_ E28 M5s for sale, with prices between 10 and 20 grand, depending on condition. Im guessing the insurance lady lowballed the 10k number even.
I check M5 prices every month, and have all the roundels going back a year or two. If you dont have any roundels, i strongly suggest becoming a club member immediately. If you need me too, i'll give you about 20 E28 M5 for sale adds, with prices and month/year dates.
Don't let the value of M5's fall with insurance adjusters or other people that don't know what these cars are worth.
The claim adjuster just left and she thinks it will be a total. The value they give for the M5 is super low and I need to find simular cars on the market that are for sale to help push up the price. So PLEASE email me any E28 M5's you know for sale or have sold so I can either get more money or not have the car totaled. I would prefer to keep the car because i've spent so much time, effort and money (aka, love) on this one.
TIA
