This is a WAG, but is it possible you have tripped the security code fxn on the OBC?

Help - my car won't start and worse I'm on a road trip to Santa Barbara.
Drove 400 miles last night - everything was fine.
I installed a Jim C chip four days ago - has worked perfectly until this morning. Green circuit boards had lots of rust on the solder but no running problems.
This morning, no fire at all, turns over but not even a sputter. Tried carb cleaner in the AFM hose, no nothing.
Coil has power + to ground. Test light on the + and - on the coil flashes as the key is turned but stays off while cranking. Swapped main relay with no effect.

Could it be anything else but my ECU?
Car is in my sister's driveway and I have tools.
Thanks in advance
Ted
