If you've done all that, definitely go for the tank, and get a new cap as well (separate part). Pretty cheap and easy. Mine cracked along the seam a while back, coolant sprays all over everything until level drops below crack. Then I realized the cap was also bad, as I was seeing coolant puddles near front driver's wheel. A bad cap allows coolant to escape from the overflow tube even when tank is not overfilled.

If you REALLY want to go whole hog, replace the thermostat and all the nozzles and O-rings in the thermostat housing while you're at it. :-) I just replaced everything (all new clamps, too) last year except the expansion tank and I'm thinking about replacing that soon.

Hi all: I have to replace the plastic T pipe and while doing so was thinking about going whole hog and replacing all the hoses under the hood, since I recently replace my radiator, might as well have a whole new systems no? Has anyone done this recently? Any advice? Any price advice? I got one quote of all hoses and expansion tank(mine has yellowed) for 318.79 that is without clamps and any other little plastic fitting that I can't remember. Going to check around...
