TedM5----Have you tried to replace/repair the fuel pump relay? They fail just like the 5-prong main relay. It's next to the ECU just like the main relay, too.

My M5 didn't start one morning after I just drove it the night before. Turns out it was a corroded fuel pump fuse. Wiggle all the fuses and spray with non-conductive electrical cleaner/corrosion inhibitor spray. Bend the fuse tabs up on any fuses that are loose.
