starting in '84. I've read '85 was the first year for the M5, but I think that was in Great Britain. So if it's an '84, it's a Euro car if it's an M5.

9/84 or higher which would technically make the car an '85. This is the first year of production for the M5 in Europe.

I wonder if they mean '88 M5? Any thoughts on this?
