An engine protection circuit that functions as follows: upon pulling out in front of anyone doing anthing over the speed limit (god forbid) the engine is protected from accelerating above 25 mph. In fact, I think it has some kind of detector which actually causes the car to pull out in front of any heathen speeder outlaws, for their own safety.
#2 - if the car is stopped in a left turn lane, and by chance the light does not have a green idiot arrow, the chip will not allow the car to pull forward into the intersection, even when light turns green. Unfortunately, the car then has to be towed from the lane, but at least the poor driver is kept from having to negotiate a danerous left turn on their own, not to mention enter the intersection when other cars are present.
I love this state.
