This is CA enhanced smog test correct? I had very similar results - just barely off CO with all else good. I went through about 3 months of tweeking AFM, CO, idle, tune up, valve adjustment, even bought a portable CO analyzer (great thing for $140, let me know if you want the specs) so that I would stop bugging my buddy who runs a shop. After three failed tests, I broke down and got the ultimate solution - a new cat. Passed with flying colors. Purchased a Miller cat for just over $500 wholesale through my friends's shop. Add in the new O2 analyzer and the total was $600. Ouch.CA smog has a program whereby if you have to spend more than $400 (maybe more or less) you can apply for an exemption and take 1 year to get it fixed. I found out about this after I bought the cat......
