If the smoked out lights were just really dirty stock lights. Were there any big obnoxious stickers on the car?

yeah the windows appeared to be tinted and there was a large sticker on the front windshield...

i saw another e28 with smoked/blacked out brake lights and turn signals on river road on tuesday...response is appreciated.
