I am not 100% sure I know what you want, or what is causing your slop, but I have 1 88 e28 M5 seat for parts, the leather is bad. I can sell you the top frame if you are interested. I have swapped leather on other recarros and it isn't hard, unless they are heated. Is your top frame broken or something like that? You can email me at wrko@yahoo.com
