Good question. While many of us may suggest you consider alternatives (myself included, probably), I wonder if any of us really regret ownership?

Are you willing to learn and able to do repairs yourself? Do you have appropriate quality tools? Or the financial means to afford repairs by skilled mechanics?

As for everyones opinion that they are expensive - don't doubt them for one second. The purchase price is the easy part.

And yet I'd bet I'm not the only one on this board that has pulled into his driveway with a huge smile on his face and thinking, "Maybe I should back out and continue driving for awhile."
