Bought mine with 104K. It's my daily driver (40 miles round trip a day / freeway ). That was 40K miles ago. Not one regret about the purchase, and the maintenance hasn't really been too bad (the car had been fanatically maintained by the previous two owners, and I try to stay on top of it as well....) Also, I had a new 535is back in 88. Really a great car, but not in the same class as the M5 (at least for me....) Third gear, about 5-6K RPM, on a big sweeper, pretty much sums up the "off the scale" fun factor for me....) Good luck. Pete
