Is it possible to rebuild/adjust to factory spec. or should have a pro do it? Anyone know the specs or a rebuilder or company that would sell a Flow Meter. The previous owner opened the box and resealed with sylicon. The car runs too rich at low rpms. Its not smooth until it gets over 3 grand.??? Thanks
