I don't see any problem with R&R'ing the screw only. When people put Speedbleeders on this is what they do anyway. Just get another screw and put it in. Perhaps you should get new ones for the other locations as well?

while I was bleeding my brakes. The bleeder screw on the inside half of my left front e28 m5 left-front caliper snapped off when I put the wrench on it. I didn't even get try to twist it yet! I managed to bleed the brakes okay, using only the outside bleeder screw on that caliper, but this is something I'm going to have to fix soon anyways. Can the part of the bleeder screw that is stuck in the caliper simply be removed and replaced? Or am I going to have to rebuild the calipers? TIA for any input.
