The passenger and right rear window roll down but have a hard time rolling back up. This doesn't happen consistently. Should I look towards the window moter in the door as the problem or push button ?

I have driven a BMW for 15+ years and I can honestly say the buttons on every car I've had have always stuck. You can take the button apart and use a eraser and clean the contacts or buy a new one. I bet that's it.
