As far as your questions, nothing gets done to the intake except it rebuild with new tubing to route the different placement of components. The IC is usally put on either side of the engine compartment just behind the headlights. Most don't do a AFM ot MAF conversion. It's very hard to change the entire fuel/timing map for the new sensor. Dinan modifies the AFMs with stiffer springs to compensate for the increased air flow. Then parameters are changed in the DME to compensate.RussC

I'd like to see what has been done and how they squeezed the turbo ('s) in.
What gets done to the intake system, where do they put the intercooler, is there a VAF to MAF, AFM conversion as well?
Anybody got details?
