Not on an M5, I think the stock M5 sway bars are the best available for an e28.

For a standard e28 (535i, 528e) Suspension Tech's are very good and highly thought of by some of the best suspension tuners. (per the suspension specialty shop I use, also see Grass Roots Motorsports project 5 series cars) I've used them for over 100,000 miles on my other car, a 528e, and like them a lot.
