Called the prospective buyer yesterday afternoon (after yet another sleepless night) and told him I can't bear to part with my baby and that I was sorry for the inconvenience to him. Thanks to everyone here for "showing me the light", as I believe selling this care would've been a mistake; one which would've left a hole in my soul :)
