The only reason the guy is selling it...it will not pass smog. And he doesn't want to spend anymore money modifying to pass.

As for making your M6 pump out 450 wheel hp for $11K...please elaborate. You are talking about over 500 bhp. That is nearly double your output. Nitrous and supercharger?
