I have too one of the famed M5 posters framed and hanging in my office. I met a guy back in '94 who called Pirelli's ad egancy and talked a person into giving him a few that he had laying around the office. It's a reminder of my E28 that Armando Mendosa now has. Armando also has a copy I gave him of an origional two page spread ad of the M5 announcing that 500 will only be built and to get in line at the dealer. Well, we all know that BMW built over 1200 and a class action lawsuit was the result in which BMW settled with all of the origional E28 M owners and gave them a 4,000 rebate check towards a new BMW.

Actually, there is a poster of the M5 as described. Pirelli had a series of posters in the late 80's featuring great cars (F40, 944 Turbo, 850i, M5, etc.) and catchy phrases for the cars. I have the M5 and 850i ("Pirelli: Once again on the threshhold of automotive technology") posters framed and hanging in my office. And no! They are NOT for sale.
