I have two different versions of these. They both are one piece molds, one is off a 88 m5 and is more square in shape and fits over the euro rear bumper. The other one is slightly tapered to the rear and is held to the body by 10mm head screws. I'll check the exhaust size when it gets light here.

What you see is the rear skirt that comes with the M-Technic body kit. Some euro m5's I've seen came with the M-Technic stuff, while others just have body color painted euro bumpers with an M-tech front spoiler. I'm sure someone else will know the exact details, but I suspect either you could order the M-Tech kit or it came with different year cars.

Does anyone know if original Euro bumpered cars (not conversions) came with a rear valance? In certain pictures, it looks like the rear section in-between the bumper and the exhaust is different than the U.S. model. It appears to come down lower, closer to the exhaust, than a U.S. model. Can anyone verify this, or are my eyes playing tricks on me? Thanks for your input.
