Thanks for the advise on removing the Idle Control Valve.I got it out finally with out removing the intake plenum.I have a small hands that I can sneak in underneath the intake plenum.I started by removing the intake plenum but I can not remove the oil hose underneath the intake plenum.Anyway I cleaned the valve and put it back on and the idle is much stable now.Next is to clean all 6 intake throttle.THANKS GUYS
