It would be hard for me to believe this dealer would take in this car believing it was an M5. If he did, he would likely be paying thousands more for the trade-in and if I were him, I'd be extremely angry having been duped.

It would be interesting to find out how much credit he gave for the trade in...that way we'd know if he was really duped or not. And whether he was trying to pull a fast one on the public...
