Those yellow things are just there to keep nimrods from tampering with the screws underneath. Removed mine a while ago so I could be a nimrod. Also may have been put there for voiding your warranty perhaps...These should not be messed with unless you are using a vacuum gauge, see post below and my link...
can someone explain what exactly is going on there ? My s38 has the little yellow "floaty caps" on each throttle assembly. on others s38s, they're light blue. so under those are screws ? and they float around why ? whats the purpose ?
