R/R cylinder head on the S38 is around 20 hours of labor. Do not worry about an oil leak unless you want to spend $1000 in labor to fix a little oil leak.

If you want to do this yourself, it's pretty straightforward. Find yourself an M6 factory manual and copy the procedure. Make sure you have all the tools necessary.

Since it takes so much time and labor, why not get the head worked by Frank Fahey (CA) or The Power Plant (NC)?
