Ben i had a similar problem, turned out the bracket for the cat that goes to the rear of the trans had worked loose slightly, a little loctite=problem solved

Around 30 mph in third gear, I hear a rattle coming from the underpan. It's not all the time, just at that speed or speed/rev combination. Any idea what is causing this and how do I fix?
