the way they treat some customers and not others. I also agree with some that SteveD can be very aluf and arrogant. But in my case, I only deal with SteveD, as hes the one that will work on my car anyway(being a turbo).

I will say this, Dinan isn't the best company for working on an E28 now. There much more focused on the newer cars. Especially if you live outside of the Bay Area. E28 owners, for the most part should find a local independant that can work on their cars and hopefully be $10/hr cheaper than Dinan or a dealer.

In my case I've had good an bad experiences with Dinan, but I'm really certain now to be on top of things when the car goes there. At this point, only SteveD can tune the car with the TurboTronics box.

I called Dinan and asked if I could have a badge for the M5 and they said no. They told me I had to prove the car has a Dinan turbo on it first. What a bunch of shmucks.
