Being the owner of a 533 daily driver, a summertime euro 635 with 4 litre engine and lotsa power, a 1969 race 2002, I felt I needed to follow my BMW addiction by building another racecar. This time it will be a 2800 CS shell with rear disks and a 3.5 carburated engine. My question is: how light can the car be with a stripped interior (including tar panels), fiberglass hood and trunk lid and emptied doors. I wanna keep the original fenders and quarter panels because they have never seen rust and are in perfect condition.
