: WELL I WILL BE DAMMED. I DID NOT KNOW THESE CARS EXISTED, THANK YOU DYLAN FOR THIS PICTURE.

: BOB, I WOULD BUY THIS CAR IN A SECOND IF I DID NOT LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. THIS CAR WOULD BE WORTH A LOT OF MONEY IN OVER HERE.

: IF THERE WERE ONLY A FEW EXAMPLES OF THIS CAR BUILT I WOULD BE TAKING NOTE OF THE ENGINE NUMBER AND BODY CODE, AND GET IN CONTACT WITH BMW GERMANY, OVER THE INTERNET. IF THIS CAR IS RARE THEY WILL INFORM YOU.

: PLEASE, IF YOU COULD KEEP ME INFORMED OF YOUR PROGRESS WITH THIS RARE FIND.

: WARREN.

The car appears almost abandoned. It is parked at a marina and looks like it's been there a LONG time (years maybe). Maybe the owner sailed off and ended up on the real Gilligan's Island or something.

The car is filthy ouside (from tree sap, etc.) but I'll try to go and take a digital photo and post it here. If it IS rare, I will try to locate the owner and learn the story.

Bob
