Alert for California members: The original meeting concerning legislation on

>the members showed up, which meant no action could be taken, as they didn't

>the California Inspection & Maintenance Review Committee (IMRC).

>The California legislature had exempted '73 and older vehicles from the
>program. Now the IMRC wants to reinstate the smog checks.
