Hello thanks for the info on Jacki's car it was my husband who rebuilt the motor. The car did not over heat it was running hot do to the timming being off. But you know the problems the cars had with the timming chains and her's was loose it had some other problems too. So rather than just change the chain and tensioners Jackie went for the rebuilding of the motor While the car was at the Oldwick Village Garage the leather seats where taken out cleaned the whole interior was made spotless. I know that Jackie loved the car it ran like a champ she cameto the garage to shake the hand of the mechanic that 's whatthey called them in those days. She became a customer of the garage because my husband made her friends car one of the Merck brothers car run so well and he refered her to them because of the running hot problem . If you need a great shop in New Jersey the Oldwick Village Garage in Oldwick is the place to go. We moved from NJ and my husband works at the BMW dealership in Pittsfield Mass. In 1999 he was named BMW ASE tech of the year. When JAckie died we wonder about the 3.0s Since we she had bought another car in 92. Now we know Jean Hetman
