Please feed me info!

I need to know if anyone is familiar with using an L-Jetronic intake manifold, ecu, fuel rail, injectors, afm etc. (basically the entire L-Jetronic injection system) on a late model 3.5L (previously Motronic) long block.

The main question is whether the Motronic distributor will work with the L-Jetronic ecu and afm.
