Any E3 parts interchange with '60s BMW 1800? (archive)

The 1800 front seats have the same backrests as the e3's with the thick chrome trim and set-in pocket, but without headrests. does anyone know if these seats have the same mounting system as the e3... also, are the rear seats interchangeable...

if anyone knows a lot about these '60s 4-doors, i'd like to chat. thanks
