Power window relay and misc.parts req'd. (archive)

I have a '76 3.0si in which the rear power windows are not working. The switches are both good and the windows did work when I got the car. The factory wiring diagram shows a front and rear window relay. Can anyone tell me where these relays are located in the car???
All fuses are OK .
I am also looking for an under dash panel that goes beneath the steering column area. The previous owner mangled this panel while doing some stereo wiring.
