I'm going to check the Neon nuts out and will report back - tapered section on the ones I need is about 12 mm wide and 25 mm across the top, wrench flats are 19 mm across and about 16 mm deep, small polished cap on top (stainless, I think). I need them for BBS style wheels with center caps, so the polished cap on the nut doesn't matter.

Checking the latest Bavarian Autosport catalog I have shows a "Lug Nut - Silver / For Alloy Wheels with Lug Nuts / 36 13 1 113 132 / $2.95 ea". Rocky Mountain Motorworks shows the same part # @ $2.99 ea. If they're the right dimensions that's pretty reasonable - I've been told that the local BMW yard wants over $8 each (when they have 'em).
