This car was listed under collector cars & services in my paper.

BMW '88 325i Conv. 5 spd, A/C, all pwr needs work. $3k obo.

I've been trying to contact this guy but haven't been able to today. What do you think we're looking at? All pwr meaning electrical systems or all pwr meaning engine work?
