I have a question for you all. I am in need of a four door BMW, and originally was thinking of a E12 or E23 and dismissed the Bav initially as "too expensive." Upon later investigation on the board I have decided my earlier assumption was wrong and I now want to buy a Bav. I have an extra dogleg CR transmission from a 79 635CSi and I was wondering if I could put that into the Bav. I live in Houston, Texas, and I have never seen a Bavaria in the city so how can I find one to buy? Do you all have any suggestions? I really could use a four door sedan as my other two cars are a 320i and a 635CSi. When family visits I have to ride in their horrible SUV's and I hate riding in cars that everyone else on the road drives (cookie cutter).
