I looked it over good and i think i found a
prize Its got 133,000 miles and was a weekend estate car regularly serviced and stored in a barn
all its life .maroon w/tan int. minor spots of rust around the edges but clean in all the spots
that matter the resonator is rusted out but
rest of bottom is clean except the diff. leaks
oil out one side and it looks like all suspention
bushings will need replaceing the motor is dirty
but not dripping fluids. motor runs perfect above
idle but stiff linkage to the carbs.no smoke any
color first statr up in a week.cooling system
had pressure after a week. missing air cond.parts
no washer fluid lines and lots of acorns in the air cleaner.cracked wind shield, all nice crome.
inside is nice minor flaws,seats are kinda flat
perfect dash.windows work blinkers dont.no moon
roof 4 speed with a big steering wheel. nice rims
with perfect center caps(stock?)Eagles.lots of stuff to clean and tinker but a rollin reconstruction juz
my 533i is almost finnished

I have a '73 3.0S -- they are great cars. it's basically a Bavaria with every possible option and some additional trim.
Post more detailed info on this car and you'll probably get a good deal of help.
$2500 is a great price on it if it's in good shape.
