Need ABE for BBS wheels (archive)

Hi, I desperately need a copy of an ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) for the set of BBS wheels I purchased together with my E3. Size is 7x14, model number is 2900447, KBA (Kraftfahrtbundesamt) number is 40070.
Does anyone have such paper and can scan & mail it to me ???
