There best tip is to buy a new car, and solve the problem that way :|

When it comes to ordinary spares its not a big problem, brakepads, filters, sparks, seals, gaskets and such usually gets delivered i 2-4 days. Bigger bits like a new front pannel, bonnet or headlights will set you back more than you bougth the car for. But its available.
