Any USA-market car has them. unbolt them, jack the car up to get the strut loose, take the aluminum spacer out, put the strut back in, put the aluminum spacer on the top and bolt on. Carefully see if the hood closes. If it doesn't, grind a little off the bolt/stud that hits. or don't bolt the spacers up top and slice some length off the studs.
