1) the fact is, I politely e-mailed and asked you how you felt if I attended this publicly advertised event (copy available if your beer-hazed meory is cloudy.) I'd have certainly hated to spoil your party by simply showing my face (tempting as it was, as I am rather curious what it is about old Phelps that has incited such emotion!) Then you sent a very ambiguous reply (copy also available in case you forgot how non-committal you actually were.) I sent ONE reply requesting clarification, if you felt it was "confrontational" when I asked you (in that second e-mail) if you were saying "yes, do feel welcome" or "no stay the hell away"...then you are certainly entitled to your opinion. The fact is you told me (after being pressed to be specific), to stay away, I did, end of that story. Dude, there really is such a thing as decorum, but if you want to get personal by making up lies like what you posted (cc below to publicly malign another person (thats pretty small, actually) and at the same time attempt to discourage a reply (which is just plain chickens***) then you really deserve every bit of response a reasonable articulate, total stranger can muster for ya!
To continue, Andrey, you have proven yourself a deserving heir apparent to the SSR group, and although I am certain you are in no way representative of the average member, you are (again) certainly entitled to pick up with the silly game-playing that's a hallmark of that registry and that e-mail distribution list. I'd suggest you query the owners of Roadfly and ask them if they welcome your irreverance for other people, truth, and basically using their site for your whimsey.
Frankly, if you are a pretender to a support or leadership role for the SSR, a group of people who "sniff at asses like dogs" (self-described by your acquaintance Devinder and tacitly agreed to by you in earlier posts) , yet at the same time make a big deal about the values of difference and variety, you are at least as multifaceted as previous SSR personalities. I guess as long as folks agree with you, the variety they bring to the table is welcome, eh? Well, the variety I bring to this BBS table where YOU have chosen to harrass me and malign me publicly is the willingness to call you a thug in this same public forum.
I may take the public's perception of myself somewhat personally, but bully-thug tactics like yours (and your apparent idol w.g.) would normally be excuse-able due to youth, but you've now chosen to make this public on this BBS by lying about me... bring it on young man!
