The whole thing? blinker, driving, reverse, brake, etc... ? Do you get voltage at the bulb contact plate? At the connector to the pannel? Are some of the fuses blown?

You can replace the bulb contact plate of course, but I assume just some of the lights are out and you get voltage at the connector?
