Check to see if the metal stripe that carries the electricity is damaged, mine had a hairline crack in it that i saw but assumed was OK becase it was so small. Four hours later, it was my last hope, and it worked. I made the quick fix my fixing a peice of wire from the good side to the bad side. good luck
