Sometimes a driveshaft from an auto car will work just fine. But not always, I just talked to a guy this weekend who had to have his shortened. He said it was oh so close, but no cigar. But also, some of the output flanges are different lenghts. And I think the auto and manual guibos are different thicknesses, so that is another variable. A tape measure and a drawing of how much play you have where is a good idea when searching solutions.
