I'd try a new fuel filter first then run a large dose of Gumout or Techron through it. I did the same thing with a 2002 I stored for several years a while back.
: Have made progress recovering my 85 325e (175k miles) from 2 yr storage. Fuel pumps now working, old gas drained. The car starts easily now, and the engine runs smoothly up to about 1200 rpm and immediately dies.

: Any advice on how to proceed from here will be much appreciated. I'm thinking new injectors. Can they be replaced without removing the intake? Can anyone suggest which manufacturer for injectors, and where to buy?
