Compression test (archive)

Can anyone tell me on the right way of doing the compression test and fuel pressure test? For compression test, do I have to take out all the plugs at once ? Do I have to take off the fuel pump relay? Bentley doesnt seems to give sufficient tips.

Any input is highly appreciated.
